if you want to go for under graduate courses in abroad you can either attempt for

SAT or ACT. however it also depends on colleges in which exam score they will consider. sat stands for the Scholastic Assessment Test, act stands for American College Testing, which is accepted by us and canada undergraduate schools admission. followed by this you need to have certain score in some language proficiency test:

TOEFL for US, Canada

IELTS or PTE for UK, Australia, New Zealand

CELPIP for Canada

CAE or CPE for UK
