Ofcourse you can become software engineering, this is what you are going to learn in BCA. you will be learning how to code, how to build your own program, to make modules of softwares, to make web pages and websites. 

For becoming a software engineering after BCA you need to have 60% or above aggregate in his/her graduation through BCA.

But it will be even more good if you go for MCA and then apply for software enginnering jobs as you will have more good skills and you will easily get a job for a good package.
