If you are interested solely to become doctors take PCB which would be best irrespective of your board.

1. For NEET focus should be on biology as it will benefit you life long.

2. Biology students have difficulty in physics so for that do prepare from HC Verma and pradeep books.

3. Chemistry is a must just go for NCERT most of the questions will be from NCERT a little twisted which I am sure you can easily handle.
