You shoukd take up Scienece stream and must secure minimum 75%aggregate in PCM.

Post that you can take 3 routes:

Bsc IT
BcA
Btech IT.

For Btech, we recommend NITs and IIT where yiu need Jee Main and Jee Advanced exams respectively.

Ranks within 20000 hav egood chances for Btech IT.

For top organisation like Google, Microsoft, oracle we recommend above colleges.
