Hey, I would suggest BA first and then B.ed because even though you are eligible to study B.ed after 12th that will be integrated B.A - B.Ed which will be for 4 years. But for a separate B.ed, most of the colleges will want a candidate to have at least complete their graduation. The eligible criteria to study B.ed is graduation. Some of the topmost colleges are

  • Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi
  • Department of Education (Banasthali University), Jaipur
  • KJ Somaiya Comprehensive College of Education Training and Research, Mumbai
  • Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi
  • Christ University, Bangalore
  • SRM University, Chennai

I hope this helped

Best wishes
