If you want to pursue your career as CA. Then there's only one main official body that is The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI).
CPT is the entrance exam for CA. If you want to apply then visit their official website and get yourself registered for CPT. After you register yourself ICAI will send you study material by post. You can prepare for exams on your own if you are intelligent enough or can take coachings for the same.
