To become  a Food Safety Officer you must have Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Food Science/Micro Biology and you should also have a minimum experience in Catering or Star Hotels or Industrial Catering, food processing etc related industries.

You will get a level 6 salary as per the 7th pay commission ranging  from Rs 35400 to 112400.
