Anshad, unfortunately, you cannot cancel your NEET application once you have submitted it. If you do not want to appear for the exam, you can skip it but there will be no refund initiated. Neither would it be considered an attempt. And there is no cap on no.of attempts at NEET nor is there any upper age limit. So as long as you fulfil the eligibility criteria, you can appear for NEET whenever you think you are ready.
