Dear Abhishek, you will allotted exam centres on the basis of the District you completed your 10+2 or equivalent examination from. Candidates out of Maharashtra are given the choice to select their exam centre for MHT CET. So your exam centre is pre determined by the authorities from the same District you completed your 10+2. Unfortunately you dont have a choice to change your exam centre.
