If you have passed 10th class this year,you can go to cbse board office and fillup the form of correction.With in one year you can correct the name of your mother. If time is more than one year, then you have to file a case in the court.

First you need request the board to change name in the 10th class certificate.

secound go through a court order where you have to lead evidence why you want to change name. After courts order the university/ board will issue revised certificate.
