You can make corrections or changes in the name in 10th certificate. For this you have to visit the office of the your SSC board.

If you have. Completed your 10th from CBSE you can make corrections online. For making corrections in CBSE board 10th certificate you can get the details on the link - http://www.cbse.nic.in/examin~1/certification1.htm

If your board is other than CBSE than you should visit your school or board office for making corrections.
