If you want change your name parmanently then you can go for legal work.

• You have to file a petition to change your current name.
• Go for affidavit for your new name and apply in court to change your name.
• You name will be change and you can go for some documents varification.

For this work you have to go court, your higher lawyer who can manage your application and state office for some original documents. After all of this your present name will be change into new name.
