Dear Aspirant

Do not worry, do you remember the site you took your AIIMS Admit Card from? Log in to that site and download your admit card again . On the same site, towards your Left-hand site you will see the RESULTS tab, Now go to that tab enter your credentials and check your results.

If you are still unable to get that go to DOWNLOADS icon on your computer tab, check for your AIIMS admit card there, I guess you might not have deleted it.
