No there is no time limit for changing or making corrections to the details in the 10th or 12th marksheet but it is not advisable as it's a very hectic task. You will have to visit the regional educational office multiple times for the process which may be tiring. Instead of that you should make corrections in the other government documents that comparatively easier also it won't matter much if you carry a affidavit claiming that both the persons are same and the mistake in name is by virtue of misconception. For making corrections in Aadhar Card it takes around 15 to 16 days only while if you have good connections in the nearest municipality you can easily make changes to the birth certificates.
