Don't spend more then an hour one single subject or topic. Change it or take rest
Morning studies are beneficial for remembering the things for longer time

if you are going for learning next day for for practical i.e., try to understand the things that how the things get done
make an aim for daily preparation i.e., make a goal that you will complete this much of syllabus today
last but not least go for weekend practice I.e., solve model papers or previous questions papers on your Own. So that you will know how much you done.
