The question is vast in nature however every state in india caters IAS Coaching institute which are working round the clock for the benefit of the candidates who are aspiring to clear the exam and become the top class officer. There cannot be any hard and fast rule as regards who is the best and whose not but every institute has its own pros and cons. what is required by a candidate to do before selecting the institute which is best for his/her needs is to check which institute has mostly pros and less cons.



Best coaching classes for ias are vision ias, ksg,  vajiram and chanakya ias academy.

Any degree or graduation/post-graduation in any subject is alright. For higher education, one should always pursue the subject which one finds interesting and is comfortable with. Academic career and interest should not be compromised for an uncertain and highly competitive career in civil service.

We can't say which course is best for UPSC CSE because main syllabus is related to arts subjects I.e. History, Geography, Essay Writing etc. and every year most no. of qualified candidates are from engineering or Medical background.

So the matter is clear that it all depends upon your interest. If you go for arts related subject then it will help you in CSE. History, Geography, Economics are major subject of upsc. If you pursue your degree in these subject then definitely it will help you in CSE.
