I want to develop my career in OS field ! For that should I go for M. tech or M.sc in Computer Science or Software engineering ? can anyone guide me ?

For a career in Software, IT, OS as well as Hardware Industry, after B.Tech in CSE, I would advise you to prepare for GATE CSE, followed by M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from some of the Higher Technical Institutes like Top IITs, NITs, IIITs, GFTIs as well as Top State Engineering Colleges.
