Aeronautical Engineering is a division of Aerospace Engineering. Aeronautical Engineering deals with the design, study and flying of aircrafts within the Earth's atmosphere whereas Aerospace Engineering deals with both the aircrafts that is being used in as well as out of the atmosphere.
