One has the option to pursue llb in two ways:-

• 5 year llb /integrated llb like BA llb, Bcom llb etc :- One becomes eligible for 5 year integrated LLB like BA LLB etc with qualification of 10 + 2

• 3 year llb :- for 3 year llb , you need to be  a graduate.

So, you can either go for five year integrated BCom LLB or first complete your Bcom and then go for 3 year LLB course from your question it seems that you have not completed your graduation so I would suggest you to go for 5 year integrated BCom LLB

Bcom llb is a 5 year integrated degree in the field of law.

In bcom llb you study subjects like :-

• Labour Law
• Financial Accounting
• Criminology and Penology
• Property Law
• Company Law etc

If you want to get admission in Bcom LLB  then after 12th  some of the entrance examination which you can write are provided below :-

• *CLAT i. e Common Law Admission Test

• *LSAT India

• *APLAWCET

• *MHCET law entrance exam

• * TSLAWCET

• *ULSAT

Out of all these CLAT is most widely accepted entrance examination for 5 year LLB

To give you a gist of eligibility criteria,

*You must be either appearing for your 12th board examination or should have passed it

*You must  pass your 12th board exam with at least 45% marks while SC and ST category students need only 40% marks.
