Hi Jatin,

You can pursue B.com after Class 12th. Many colleges offer admission to the course on the basis of marks obtained by students in Class 12th.

Colleges in University of Delhi offer admission based on the cut off released by the colleges.

Some colleges conduct entrance test for admission.
