For engineering you have two options:
1: Dropout this year and prepare for the next year JEE mains and then you can get admission in engineering field in any college.
2: But if you dont want to drop a year, then go for private admission. There are various semi-govt. And private colleges which are meant for admissions without JEE score. Either they have their own entrance examinations or even some college do not have their own entrance examinations. Go for best colleges in Chandigarh, haryana and many other states of India. You will definitely get admission in the best of colleges.

There are Engineering entrance exam other than JEE Main. If you want to get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs then you have to wait until next year to appear in JEE Main. You might as well consider admission in other college if you do not want have a gap of one year in your education by seeking admission in other Engineering colleges. There are various state level and university level entrance exams to get admission in Engineering.
