this is not possible. CSE comes in engineering stream and LLB comes in law stream. You can't pursue both the degrees same time. if you want to do both then first graduate from CSE branch from a engineering college then apply for CLAT as there is no age limit to it. after clearing clat with good marks , apply for law college and universities and pursue LLB.

it is illegal to do two different degree at the same time in any way. there is rules and regulations for everything. You have to follow it else have to face the penalty.
