Please opt anyone of these for getting admitted in medical college.

NEET is mandatory now for admission in all govt and private medical colleges.

Can you please clarify you are asking for which course?

There will be no entrance exam to take admission in MBBS and BDS course admissions will be based on NEET entrance exam.
