In 2020 thr upper age limit 25years old in December 31st for general category.
But supreme court order that no upper age limit is require for neet examination from 2021.
So you can apply for your neet exam.

The maximum age limit is 25 years as on December 31, of the year of admission for candidates belonging to general category..The minimum age limit is 17 years as on December 31, of the year of admission or students belonging to all the categories .So yes you are eligible to give neet exam .
