Hi rajnikant ,
You can take part in NIOS stream 2 which has a respective criteria .
Here the learner who had appeared but could not clear or who are eligible but could not appear the public examination of secondary or senior secondary from any recognize examination board for the same subject combination in which they have appeared .
The member of this stream would be eligible to appear for reexaminations in the month of November - october .

I have passed but can't manage to 75 % which stream??

If you have got 75% then I will suggest you not to go re examination for boards. Take preparation for jee mains. If your percentage is less than 75 then go for re examination. You have to keep physics, chemistry and maths. In addition to that you can keep computer or physical education because they fetch marks
