I want to join a private college as a English lecturer..but how??

Since you have not clearly mentioned the name of any particular college, so let me help you with the general procedure for lecturer recruitment-

1. First of all you need to know the dates and the eligibility criteria through which that particular college is recruiting teachers for the position of lecturer in that particular subject.

2. Secondly, you need to fill out the application form for trainee e e professional so that you will be eligible for interview rounds.

3. Thirdly, once you get selected on the basis of your portfolio and CV you need to go for or a demonstration Class, before the institute selects you finally.
