Hello.

That depends on your strategy and will that in which university you want to join , there are two type of Universities in India like IITs and NITs or gov. Universities and Deemed Universities. If you can afford money around 3 to 4 L per annum then go for deemed Universities like GITAM,SRM,VIT,.. 

Else buddy you have to work hard and join in some good gov. That might be central or state university where the fee structure will be very affordable.
