After class 10th, you can only join B Certificate NCC in any wing.

It is possible to join B Certificate in NCC without having NCC A Certificate also.

Contact ANO (Associate NCC Officer) of any college that offers NCC B Certificate. Every college has some vacancies for outside people incase your college doesn't offer NCC B Certificate.

Yes definitely you can join NCC after class 10th but you have to follow the eligibility criteria that is you should have at least 65% in 8th,9th and 10th where as relaxation of 5% is given to SC, ST and OBC categories. There are various Junior and senior posts offered in NCC that you can choose yourself in which you wanna go and than join.
