I want to know about the examination code.I have cleared HSC in 2017 but I have given the HSC examination again in 2018 for class improvement side by side I was doing my B.Sc Right now I have dropped my B.Sc in 2nd year and preparing for neet Please advise which could be my examination code

You need to choose the code 02 dear.
This is because your  highest qualification with Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 10+2 . Code is 02 is for those who have passed their 10+2 in the year 2019 or before.

But in second Year bsc my subject were zoology and botany so code 2 or 5
