Jee main is a single national level exam so there is no other exam which can match up its level but there are many other exams also which you can appear in as these are also very demanding among students and you should also write these exams as per your interest and potential -

Note : To get admission in Govt colleges of your state you can apply for your state entrance if it happens as not all states provide seats on the basis of entrances because many of them accepts Jee main score as well like Haryana and Punjab etc.
