The future of mechanical design engineering is pretty much getting diverse with time and technology advancement. Thanks to computer aided devices(CAD) software which helped in transforming a 2D design to 3D but it is restricted to keyboard skills. It is expected that in the future, designs will be drawn with the help of modelling tools such as gloves and goggles in a 3D environment imitating more of a real sculpting process. This will open up for more opportunities for them as technical artists and not a desk job who will then be able to explore their creative side.
