For MBA there are both private and government college which are deemed university.

Some of the good college for MBA are FMS (govt.), IIMS, NARSEE MONJEE, SYMBIOSIS, XAVEIR'S JAMSHEDPUR, Jamna lal bajaj (govt.)., IBS Hyderabad 

To get into these colleges you need give their entrance exams like CAT, NMAT, SNAP, XAT, Cmat, Ibsat.

All of these have a respective eligibility criterea. candidates are selected on the basis of 10th, 12th, graduation, entrance exam, GD/PI.

The Best Central University for an MBA would undoubtedly be Delhi University. You can do MBA from its Faculty of Management Studies, known as FMS-DU. It is one of the Top ranked Colleges for MBA.

Few state universities are also exceptional, Like Mumbai university through Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, known as JBIMS. Then the department of Management studies at IITs are also good especially of IIT-Mumbai, IIT-Delhi & IIT-Kharagpur.
