I think you forgot to mention the name of Exam you are referring to.

For any general Exam, if you search that exam on Careers360 App or website than you will get to know about the exam details like Important Dates, Application form filling instructions, cutoff, answer key, exam pattern, result etc.

You will also get the result link there if it is released for the exam you wanted to know.
