First of all to let you know from this year onwards there will be a total of 41 central universities that will be conducting admission through CUCET, some of the best university to pursue MA History are Delhi University, BHU, JNU, Jadavpur University, SPPU, Jamia Millia Islamia to name a few, you can check out the full details at https://university.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-ma-in-history-universities-in-india, and as for CUCET the official notification isn't released yet, you can go through last year information for model question paper at https://cucetexam.in/CUCET2020/Document/SampleTestPaper/STP_PGQP11.pd (https://cucetexam.in/CUCET2020/Document/SampleTestPaper/STP_PGQP11.pdf) and syllabus at https://cucetexam.in/CUCET2020/Document/Syllabus/Syllabus_PGQP11.pdf, once an official notification is released you will get all the detailed information related to exam patter, syllabus, model question paper etc.
