Hello,
Can you please specify in which course you want to take admission into ? There are many colleges in both the states some have their own entrance test other give admission on the basis of merit.
Rajasthan JET is the common entrance exam though which you can get admission in courses like btech bca bba etc.Uttarakhand has it's own entrance exam name UKSEE for admission into various courses.
