You can take admission in second year through lateral entry and for that you have to appear exam and go through counselling process.

For direct admission, you can do from 1st year and through management quota. You have to choose the college and visit the campus and ask for the admission process. In some colleges, direct admission is also done through a screening test or a percentage bar.

It depends on the selection process and differs from college to college.
