Dear leaner,

You can transfer even in your mid semester but it's not a good idea so transferring should be at 1st year  and it is possible to move from one University to another.

Usually even if you missed the announcement date there will be still first few weeks of the first year or between years and while and after transferring the course of joining should be same .

For Transfer you'll need a confirmation letter from new university to the current one.

For any help regarding ts EAMCET you can take it that through helpline here is the number ,9030887512,9059846208. And timings are 10:00am to 5:00pm.they will guide you in the relevant timings.

All the best.
