Hi,  This field is very common and always in need so you will never feel a deadline in this field. Operations management deals with creating business leadership roles and these people have a role in working on organisation profit and success. Now out of these 2 I will suggest you to go for 2nd option that is operations because it has much scope and good packages but to be clear includes more effort and work timings than HR field.
