Hello Deepak.
I hope you're aware about applying for NATA entrance exam for B. arch.

You neend minimum 50% in your 12th boards to be eligible to qualify for NATA. There's a minimum cutoff which varies every year like other exams.
If u pass, you get to apply in various colleges. So colleges conduct the admission process privately whereas some, join the the admission process which is conducted by the state.
You need to keep a track of all the dates of the exam. This year, the exam will be conducted in July and the Registeration process is still open.
