Dear Aspirant,

You have to produce the central government OBC certificate in JoSAA counseling, however, if you are doing counseling through CSAB you might get the exemption to produce the state government certificate if the college allotted to you was from the state government.

In case if you have to produce a central government's certificate, you should go to your district/city's tehsil office immediately and explain to them your situation. Authorities there might help you out.

If in no way you get your certificate, go to reporting center anyway and try to explain to them that you have OBC certificate issued from the state government. Maybe they'll give you some time.
