I was born in 2004 but in neet 2020 application form i applied it as 2003 becoz I was not eligible for neet 2020 but this time they asked 10 th certificate in which my date of birth was 2004 will I get my admit card for neet _2020

Without sounding offensive, what you did was an intentional blunder. You cannot fill in wrong information just to fulfil the eligibility criteria. That said, there are 2 chances here. You might get the admit card but when on the day of the exam when you have to show them the id proof, because of the discrepancy in the data, you might not be allowed to the examination hall. Or you might get the admit card and even appear for the exam. But during document verification, because there is a discrepancy, your admission might stand cancelled.
