Candidates must have attained the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will attain the same by December 31, 2025. For NEET exam 2025.you are going to be 17 years 10 months in the year 2025 on 31st so you are eligible for NEET 2025.

So it is not going to create any problem if your age is not completed at the time of application it is counted as on 31st December every year.
