Hello Aspirant,
According to the DoB mentioned by you in the question your by December 31st 2024 will be 17+, hence according to the age criteria you are eligible for NEET 2024 but there are some other criteria which needs to be fulfilled :

** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.
** You must have secured minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB if belongs to general category and if belongs to any of the reserved category then 40% is required and if belongs to PwD category then 45% is required. 
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it. 
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2024, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** Now there is no upper age limit for NEET.
