You will attain 21 years as on 18th August of 2025, hence you cannot appear for upsc 2025, as candidates are required to attain 21 years as on 1st August of the appearing year, your age as on 1st August of 2025 will be 20 years 11 months 14 days, hence this makes you eligible for upsc 2026 not 2025, apart from this you need to pass graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, candidates in the final year of graduation too are eligible to apply provisionally, there is no specific aggregate required regarding this, the upper age limit is 32 years for UR, however relaxation in terms of age criteria is offered to reserved categories.
