If you haven't paid the amount.Your form will not be submitted.
Unless you pay your amount the form will be incomplete.

So go to internet shop near you,apply again for the improvements,if it's showing you have an old application incomplete
Then,tell him to open that and change the particular information which is in need to be changed.

Mostly you will be having an option to edit,but if you aren't finding it,inform in the institute about it.
They will find a solution for that..
