In order to know the merit number of your NCC certificate go to this official website https://sche.ap.gov.in/EAPCET/EapcetHomePages/Home.aspx

Click on the NCC merit list link

A pdf will be downloaded displaying the NCC certificate and their respective merit number.

Please check the same and fill the application form accordingly.
