No you will not be considered as pass because Chemistry could not be an optional or additional subject so it must be a main subject and if you don't appear for examination of any of the main subject then you will be considered as Absent and failed in that subject which will make you overall fail so to clear it you need to sit in compartment examination if the examination is of boards and if not of boards then you can contact to the school authorities, they will arrange it after few days if you are on serious medical condition and in that case you won't be failed. So if it is a board examination then I would insist that if somehow you can appear for at least 3 hours then you should not leave it otherwise you will have to appear for compartment examination.
