You haven't mentioned the name of college or school in which you want to take admission in class 11th. Nevertheless, there is certain date before which one has to submit the admission form in order to be eligible for a admission and the last day is passed in the particular college or school then you should kindly visit the campus and request the principal for granting you admission. Explain him the reasons why you were not able to submit it before the last date and convince him to give a chance. If that doesn't work then take admission in any other school or college but do all this as soon as possible.
