As per the process of COMEDK counselling 2020, candidates who were not allotted any seat in the first round of counselling, are eligible to participate in the second round of counselling. You can modify your choices which you have entered in first round so that the possibilities increases. And even if after this, you are not allotted any seat, you can participate in Round 3 of counselling. So it is required to know all the colleges where you have chance to get admission to make a proper choice list.
