Yes definitely your fee will be refunded since you have not been allotted a college. Your fee will refund in the same bank account from which you have made transactions, so you don't have to worry about it. It will reflect in your bank accounts very soon, for any further information you can contact on the mobile number  on counselling website or you can also email them.
